The Mithras foundation team consists out of the shareholders Hermann Ross and Heinz-Hermann Ross (Hero-Glas Unternehmensgruppe), Hermann Kanne-Hunfeld and Ralf Jungebloed (Kanne Energies) as well as DSc Bernhard Dietz and Lukas Kirscht. Professional management and solar know-how is outlining the core of this dynamic team.

Ralf Jungebloed, Diploma in Business Administration

20 years of experience in international management, business development, financial controlling and distribution. Mr. Jungbloed worked in companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers or AWD Holding AG and has experience in strategical management with financial service companies with IPO and start-up experience. He was CEO of the ecolutions KGaA and he invested in climate protection projects for energy production in China, India and Southern America.

Heinz-Hermann Ross, Graduate Engineer

Mr. Ross is a board member of the Hero-Glas Unternehmensgruppe. He is working on the project management and financial controlling in the production. Equipped with foreign experience, his assignments are e.g. the optimization of production and business processes as well as of the product development.

Markus Meny, Dipl.-Ing. FH

Interdisziplinäres Arbeiten im Bereich Regenerativer Energien und alternative Antriebstechniken (U212 Brennstoffzellentechnik HDW, Kiel), 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Maschinenbau, vertiefende Studien im Bereich Energienanlagen und Marinetechnik, Studium an der Bundeswehruniversität in München, Mitglied der TEBA (Tesla Engine Building Association),CFD, CAD und FEM.

Lukas Kirscht, Graduate Engineer

Mr. Kirscht has 12 years of experience as an IT engineer, an IT architect and a software developer. Furthermore he is experienced in interdisciplinary technology development with focus on solar power stations (thermal oil, steam production, turbines, instrumentation, regulation, automatic control and remote maintenance), simulation of thermal systems, development on object-orientated control systems, and implementation of external control systems on internal PPS systems by LAN, Profibus and EIB (software development).
